One of the most amazing things about the Woman Within experience is that every woman who staffs has previously been a participant during this empowering weekend. All weekend staffers volunteer to create space for the new participant to find her own way. We are excited that you have chosen to help other women to receive the gift of the Woman Within Weekend. In turn, you will receive many new gifts through your service to these women.
In order to staff, each woman must attend the Staff Training class (only required once). In the training, you’ll learn about the logistics for the weekend and how to support participants during their journeys. The tools you acquire through this training–and when staffing a weekend–can ripple out into your everyday life, allowing you to live in a more empowered way.
