What's it like to be a Kitchen Goddess?

  • No cooking experience necessary
  • Enjoy cooking for 30+ people at a time, while having fun with other women!
  • You can come for all or part of the weekend. While we prefer you to come for the whole Weekend, that may not work with your plans.
  • No staffing fee, because your work is a vital and sacred role. The Weekend is not possible without your support!
  • Weekend shifts begin Thursday at 1pm and runs through Sunday around 4pm

What are the requirements to staff as a Kitchen Goddess?

  • be a woman 18 years or older
  • Desire to contribute your time and energy in a powerful way
  • No cooking experience is necessary!
  • be in good financial standing with Woman Within International and all Woman Within Regions

How does the Kitchen Goddess Application process work?

Kitchen Goddesses are selected by a collaboration of the Kitchen Goddess Coordinator, the Lead for the Weekend, and the Board of Directors.

  • Personal Information

  • *Woman Within South Central USA offers a vegetarian option for each weekend. You will receive a copy of the menu before the Weekend to aid you in decisions around supplementing with your own food. If you have additional dietary restrictions or needs, please be prepared to supply your own food. Refrigerators will be available for your use.
  • List any physical limitations that may prevent you from any tasks and duties (bad back, injuries, standing for long periods of time, etc.
